Cara grew up in the countryside in Northern Ireland where her entrepreneurial journey began at 5 years old. Growing up in a family business her education started around the kitchen table, opening her first business at 15 running buses to nightclubs for her friends.  

After working in Marks & Spencers Food Trend Studio London, Cara returned to NI and worked as a Director of her family business for 15 years. An award-winning multi-million-pound healthcare & hospitality group, which grew from 3 businesses with 250 staff to 7 businesses & 600 staff.  

Receiving a scholarship to study her MBA at Cass Business School in London, Cara gained experience in Iceland, South Africa, China and with the International Doyle Hotel Group.

With an innovative mind and ambitious drive, Cara disrupted the healthcare industry, creating Ireland’s first, ‘Lifestyle Care Home,’ cited by IoD chair as a, ‘World Class Concept’.

  • Dr. Bryan Keating CBE - Business Mentor 

Bryan is the managing partner of the CIP partnership, visiting Professor at the University of Ulster and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Northern Ireland Centre for Entrepreneurship in Belfast. He was awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise Promotion in 2006. He was appointed Commander of the same Order (CBE) in the 2019 New Year Honours for services to Economic Development in Northern Ireland.

  • Daniel Murray - Operations Lead

Daniel is an Irish- American Law graduate of Queens University Belfast; after graduating he hopes to specialise in international contract Law. With a keen business acumen, Daniel received a $50,000 business scholarship in the USA through the British Council. As a member of Caram, Daniel oversees daily operations, from measuring the success of the business to client acquisition. Daniel has an interest in Drama, starring as lead roles in productions and hosted an independent radio show.
